· Our standard deliverable is a flattened 16-bit TIFF in Adobe RGB (1998). Layered files can be supplied on request.

· We operate a strict production schedule. Typical turnaround is one week; our guaranteed turnaround is two weeks. For urgent jobs (delivery in under one week), a 50% rush fee applies, subject to availability.

· Digitisation orders of 20+ images receive a 20% discount.

· Prices exclude taxes.
